AM Cancellation Policy

Applies To: All scheduled accounting consultations with ARRK Management
Timezone: All deadlines and appointment times are based on Pacific Time (PT).

Notice Requirements

• Free Cancellation Window: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
• Late Cancellation (within 24 hours): A late cancellation fee of $25.00
• Same-Day Cancellation (within 4 hours): A same-day fee of $50.00 late cancellation fee applies.

Tip: If your appointment is Monday at 8:00 AM PT, cancel by Sunday 8:00 AM PT to avoid fees.

No-Show Policy

• If you do not attend the appointment and do not provide notice, it is considered a no-show and will be billed at 100% of the consultation fee.
• After two (2) no-shows, ARRK Management may decline future bookings or decline further appointments.

Late Arrival

• We offer a 15-minute grace period when given prior notice
• Arrivals 15–30 minutes late may result in a shortened session without fee reduction.
• Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be treated as no-shows at ARRK Management's discretion.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance: No fee; subject to availability.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours: Counts as a late cancellation unless due to an approved emergency.

Emergencies & Exceptions

• We understand emergencies happen (e.g., medical issues, power/internet outages, natural disasters).
• Documented emergencies may qualify for a one-time waiver of late cancellation/no-show fees at ARRK Management's discretion.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Please notify us using one of the following:

Your cancellation is effective when confirmed by ARRK Management via email or AM Booking Calendar notification.

Fees, Refunds, & Prepayments

• Prepaid consultations:
  • Timely cancellations (more than 24 hours): Full credit applied to future bookings at AM.
  • Late cancellation/no-show: Fees are non-refundable; any remaining prepaid balance may be applied to future bookings at ARRK Management's discretion.
• Refund method: Returns are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Multiple Cancellations

• Repeated late cancellations (3 or more within 6 months) may limit future scheduling with AM and close your account.

Changes by ARRK Management

• We endeavor to honor all bookings. If ARRK Management must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose a new time and apply toward a future booking with AM.

Virtual Appointment Requirements

For virtual consultations, clients must:

• Ensure stable internet, functioning camera/microphone, and access to necessary documents.
• Join via the approved video platform link at least 5 minutes early to test audio/video.

Client Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy. This policy is incorporated into our contract engagement terms and may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
